Are you afraid of sugar? Are you afraid of fruits?
There is a lot of controversy when it comes to the subject of sugar. But one thing is for sure and that is:
Glucose is the main source of fuel for our cells.
In this blog post we explore the difference between sugar found in fruit and processed sugar. Also, we explain why fructose is the highest electrical substance found in nature and how that affects your body.
Natural sugar from fruit comes packed with fiber, vitamins, minerals, and antioxidants that ensure slow absorption and nourish your body. The fiber in whole fruits helps regulate blood sugar, preventing spikes and crashes, while providing sustained energy and supporting gut health. These natural compounds also fight inflammation, boost immunity, and promote overall vitality.
And there is the processed sugar, which is stripped of all nutrients and hits your system, causing rapid blood sugar spikes, insulin resistance, and fat storage. It fuels inflammation, cravings, and chronic issues like diabetes or heart disease without offering any benefits—just empty calories that wreck your metabolism. Ditch the cake, grab a fruit!

Fructose is the highest electrical sugar in nature – superb for brain and nerve regeneration.
FRUCTOSE is the highest energetic form of a monosaccharide, which is a simple sugar. Natural, simple sugars do not feed DIS-eases like cancer or candida. The simple sugars (carbons) found primarily in fruits aid alkalization (hydration, detoxification) of the tissues which is vital for tissue regeneration and vitality. They strengthen and energize cells, considering all dis-eases and health problems are caused by cells which have lost their life force through acidosis.
Most nutrients require a carrier to assist in this movement through the cell wall into the cell but fructose enters a cell through diffusion instead of via active transport with neurons attracting the fructose molecules. Diffusion saves energy for the body and cells considering that transporting nutrients across cell walls demands a significant level of energy.
As ATP (adenosine triphosphate) is a cell’s stored energy, it is used in active transport (the assisted transportation of nutrients across cell membrane walls). Glucose needs INSULIN to a certain degree as a “utilization hormone” for this active transport but fructose, on the other hand, requires NO ATP or insulin, it is simply pulled or absorbed through the cell wall by diffusion. It is the complex sugars that create excessive glucose levels in the blood, that result in insulin demand, which is why, for diabetics, fructose is harmless, especially if they remove complex sugars (fats, proteins).
Raw fruits, vegetables and tender leafy greens are always the best sources of simple sugars that have astringent and hydrating properties. Because they are electrical charge carriers and because of their high-water content, they are the fastest to digest for humans, giving our bodies the necessary energy and creating the optimal environment to clean obstructions from our digestive (the mucoid plague) and lymphatic (acids) systems. This is why our bodies can heal faster and become stronger and more energetic on these foods compared to foods that are high in protein and low in sugars, or foods high in complex-sugars that rob our body of vital energy, create acidosis and elevate blood sugars.
When you break your fast, it is really important to introduce foods high in water such as watermelon, papaya, cucumbers, dragon fruits etc. Because of their high-water content, the body digests them in less than an hour (watermelon is 93% water so it digests in 15 minutes!), keeping you light and energized yet bringing the necessary nutrients and amino acids for your refeeding after the detox.
