  • All instruction in English so you must be able to speak and read English at conversational level
  • You must be able to participate in a group learning experience and be willing to accept and provide feedback in an objective and constructive way.
  • a 200-hour teacher training certification with Yoga alliance accrediadation required. 
  • Some teaching experience reqired but it can be of varied forms, lengths etc. 
  • Daily morning Ashtanga/Mysore practice
  • Daily mid-morning Vinyasa sessions and workshops exploring Hatha, Mandala, Kundalini, and other styles
  • Exploration of complementary modalities such as myofascial release, mantra, breathwork, gongs, mantra 

• Advanced Yoga Philosophy

  • 35 nights of accommodation of your choice.
