Aerial yoga is a unique and dynamic form of yoga that combines traditional yoga poses, Pilates, and dance with the use of a hammock or silk fabric suspended from the ceiling. The fabric supports the body, allowing practitioners to perform poses in mid-air, which helps in decompressing the spine, increasing flexibility, and building strength. Aerial yoga enhances relaxation and deepens stretches, providing a sense of weightlessness and a fresh perspective on familiar yoga postures.

A gentle, guided moving-meditation that combines slow, mindful walking with breath awareness, body scans, and short standing/seat pauses for reflection. The class begins with grounding breathing and intention-setting, moves through deliberately paced steps focusing on sensations (feet, legs, posture), incorporates periodic stillness for inner noticing, and finishes with a brief seated visualization and sharing/reflection. Benefits: reduces stress, improves balance and body awareness, calms the mind, and deepens present-moment focus. Suitable for all levels; wear comfortable shoes and bring water.
