Ashtanga yoga and its self practice form, “Mysore” forms the basis for many contemporary yoga forms.At Ananda Yoga and Detox Center we offer a mix of led and mysore classes to accomodate to students needs.Our two lead mysore teachers rotate and additionally offer frequent intensives so do watch this space.

8 am – 9.25 am- Led Second Series exploration class: seasonal
9:30 – 11:00 am – Ashtanga Play. A first series exploration. Book online or come down to our center before class to register.
Mysore Intensives with Valerie: Seasonal
7.30 – 9.25 am. Knowledge of the series required.
