Yoga classes are amazing and for all levels and styles, sauna and ice bath, stunning food, staff is very accommodating and super friendly. Beach is accross the road. The staff is sensitive and thoughtful, everything is taken care to the smallest detail. You have different types of yoga and meditation classes to choose from. I bought the unlimited membership but I stayed elsewhere on the island. The tuition was so generous, caring, thoughtful, I was a little reserved during my time there but I just want to express my utmost appreciation for the commitment of the teachers here, so generous with their efforts, so many extras in the classes like sage burning, live music, scented oil, occasional incense, little massage, great adjustments. I chose this place over two others nearby because of the staff at the front desk who took the time to show me around when I visited. I also think the timetable is the simplest to understand, memberships elsewhere were so complicated to work out. I enjoyed reading my book near the pool inbetween classes. The 200h Ashtanga-vinyasa teacher training was one of the best experience of my life. We were pushed to learn so much in only 4 weeks, with great kindness and care.
