Offering 3, 4, 5 or 6 day retreats year-round our beach front center features daily yoga classes you can mix and match or work with a consultant to plan, workshops on a variety of yoga and associated topics, massage treatments, steam room and ice bath access and a committed group of teachers.
Our flexible dates are designed for your convenience. Our schedule is designed to support your full immersion. On arrival we will help you set up the right schedule for you. Choose between challenging dynamic classes or supportive beginner classes. Our yin, meditation and pranayama, as well as our sound healing sessions are suitable for all levels
