Maintenance of Peace and Quiet: Guests visit our Resort for the purposes of enjoying a relaxed yoga vacation and beneficial health treatments. Please assist their enjoyment by being as quiet and considerate as possible, by not permitting undue noise to emanate from your room/bungalow and by not otherwise disturbing them in the Resort’s public areas and facilities. In particular, kindly be especially considerate of other people’s need for quiet between the hours of 9:00 pm to 8:00 am. We also request that guest maintain quiet voices around yoga spaces and communal areas. Our restaurant/lounge, the Shell Lounge, is just across the road and offers an ideal location for communal gatherings and conversation. Our Lounge is open from 8 am to 9 pm everyday.

Reservation and Payment: Our policies with respect to reservation and payment are intended to be as fair as possible, while also sparing the Resort an unjustified loss of anticipated income. Once a room/bungalow has been reserved for an arriving guest, that room/bungalow is deleted from our list of available accommodation and is refused to anyone else. We require that to finalize their booking of accommodation, all guests provide a deposit or advance payment. Upon the Resort’s receipt of such deposit or advance payment, the guest will receive a confirmation e-mail within 24 hours. Whatever is owed, over and above the amount deposited or paid is to be settled upon arrival at Check-in. If a guest pays by means of a Bank wire, a VISA or MasterCard credit card, the Resort will add a 3% fee to the sum payable. We appreciate your cooperation.

Detox Program Refunds and Cancellation: No refund is granted in the event that a guest decides to effect an early departure, irrespective of the reason for such departure.

Where cancellations of bookings prior to arrival are concerned:

  • For accounting purposes, a written request is required to receive any refund. An emailed request is preferred. Please email [email protected] to request your refund.
  • If the Resort receives notice of a guest’s booking cancellation at any time within 15 days before the guest’s scheduled arrival, none of any deposit or advance payment made will be refundable.
